My name
At least 1.3 billion people know my name because it is accosiated with a well- known prophet and massenger whose name was Muhammed. In US culture, the first things that comes to mind when pronouncing Muhammed is Muhammed Ali, the legendary boxer.
My first name is Mohammed which has many meanings in Arabic that could be interpreted in different ways , but the meaning is maily centrilized around these words “ Blessed and praised”.

Your name is a very common name, that's true. I think that you don't have some trouble about your name. You know that, everybody does not forget your name. It is easy and you are a lucky man. Maybe I feel that because I had many issues about my name, so I hate this problem. Now, I use American name sometimes and somewhere...
ReplyDeleteDear Mohammed, what a lovely space you have created here! The photo of you with the background of Atlanta behind you is so dramatic. Did you know you look like a talk show host?
ReplyDeleteYou juxtaposed two interesting images here--your name in Arabic and then Mohammed Ali! What a great way to blend two cultures--and yourself, an intellectual with an athlete--are you a mental athlete?
My wishes for you is that as you go on and get your education in the USA, that you return to this blog and write--share your thoughts with friends, colleagues, and past teachers! Good luck to you!
